I use media for news, learning, and keeping in touch with friends and family, but I stay aware of its downsides, like misinformation and pressure to fit certain social norms.

Today, a person can be portrayed publicly through various platforms, including traditional media and social media. Their image can be influenced by their own actions and words, as well as by how others view and present them. This creates a complex and often mixed public image.
